Flowers made out of Scrap paper!

My husband is fantastic for our anniversary he gave me a gift card to Robert's so I could craft my heart out!  While there I saw a cute little topiary made of scrapbook paper.  I wasn't really feeling the topiary but thought they would make cute flowers to complete my Spring mantle.  I thought they were so cute I would share with you how I made them!

Supplies:
Styrofoam balls, I used 3 inch balls
Scrapbook paper, each ball took about two sheets
2 1/2 inch punch
Petal roller, just ask a lady at the craft store
glue and your glue gun

First punch all of your paper out with the 2 1/2 inch punch.  Until your hands hurt.  About halfway through this I thought to myself 'why didn't I use my Cricut?' Oh well I was committed to it at that point.
Next is to cut your circles into a spiral.

Take the outside edge of your spiral and curl it around the petal roller. Stopping at the end.  Make sure you don't rip the end off.
Release the paper and there is a cute little flower!

Glue onto your Styrofoam ball and repeat until the ball is full!
Last step is to put a painted wooden dowel into the flower and put them where ever your heart pleases!
