Spring has Sprung! (well at my house)

I am done with Winter.  I am done with snow, rain, and cold days.  I am looking forward to warmer weather.  So I though maybe if I made some cute decor Mother Nature would get the hint and leave us poor Utahns alone!!!

Here is a sampling of what I have going on at my house.

I got these pinwheels at Hobby Lobby and curled some paper for a grass like feel.

I got this idea from my sister.  I painted the bird house and just painted a stencil on top of it.

 Cute tulip

 more cute tulips!!!

 See HINT HINT SPRING!!!! BLOOM!!!!

These little flowers are my favorite!  I adore how they turned out and they go so nicely with the little birds I picked up from Ben Franklin.

I also have a new wreath, I have a tutorial for it.  It will be on another post.

So wish with me and maybe it will actually act like Spring soon.

IN YOUR FACE WINTER!!!!

  4. cute! My little girl just asked my husband the other day to make her a wooden flower. Luckily he's equipped with all the tools, so he whipped some up. I need for him to make a base like yours and we'll be all set@!

  5. Love your Spring decor! We sort of skipped over Spring and went straight to Summer here in West TX, but I am inspired to bring some Spring back using your ideas. New follower here, and am visiting from A Glimpse Inside! :-)
